إبداع المعلمين كروح التدريس : ملاحظات على المعلمين العرب في المعهد

تتناول هذه الدراسة إبداع المعلمين بوصفه روح التدريس، وتحديدًا في تدريس اللغة العربية في معهد الروضة الحسنة. وانطلاقًا من الإطار المفاهيمي لصاحب السمو الإمام الزركاشي، الذي يُركز على روح المعلم أكثر من الأساليب والمواد، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف كيفية ممارسة المعلمين العرب للإبداع ليس كمجرد مهارة تقنية، بل كالتزام حيّ بالتدريس. وباستخدام منهج وصفي نوعي، جُمعت البيانات من خلال ملاحظات صفية، ومقابلات شبه منظمة، وتحليل وثائقي بمشاركة المعلمين والمشرفين وأصحاب المصلحة. وتُظهر النتائج أن إبداع المعلمين يتجلى في ثلاثة أشكال رئيسية: (1) استيعاب شامل ومرن للمادة الدراسية؛ (2) إدارة صفية تكيفية وتشاركية؛ (3) تفاعلات شخصية بديهية ومتعاطفة مع الطلاب والزملاء وأولياء الأمور. وتنبثق هذه الأشكال من الإبداع من وعي المعلمين بدورهم كمربين وموجهين وميسرين للتعلم الهادف. تخلص هذه الدراسة إلى أن إبداع المعلم، القائم على روح المدرس، ليس قيمة مضافة فحسب، بل هو قوة أساسية تُحيي بيئة التعلم وتُعزز نظامًا تعليميًا تعاونيًا. وتؤكد هذه النتائج على أهمية تعزيز إبداع المعلمين من خلال الثقافة المؤسسية والتطوير المهني والقيادة التربوية في المعاهد الدينية.
